August 2005 - Cleaning the lake

The lake cleaning has begun. The mud is being removed and a sand bottom will be installed.

The area of the lake being cleaned is 12, 000 square meters in area. The contract calls for the completion of the work within two months.

The entire cost of the project is R$ 12.880,00. The funds all came from private donations from Naturists in the United States.

This was one of the projects presented in the Strategic Planning accomplished in the first semester of this year.
